It has an intuitive, simple sidebar to guide users through the app, and know more information about their products with an eye-catching design style that helps to ease the entire browsing process.

Solution:

a) This scenario is related to usability goals. The deliberate disregard for one goal (preventing key jamming) in favor of another goal (making users pay for typing lessons) demonstrates a trade-off between different aspects of usability.

b) This scenario is related to user experience goals. The unpleasant and poor navigation experience, along with the lack of a powerful search bar, directly impacts the overall user experience and may result in users leaving the website.

c) This scenario is related to user experience goals. The e-commerce website's features such as day and night view modes, an intuitive sidebar, and an eye-catching design style aim to enhance the overall user experience by making the browsing process easier, reducing eye strain, and providing relevant information in a visually appealing manner.
