Through her skills, and attributes, and her leadership t, she helps her team to execute organizational vision among her team mates. She is strategic in her approach and arrange and distribute human and other resources to achieve the organizational goals to fulfill the organizational vision. She does this by fostering skills in each individual in her team by nominating the right person for the right job. She motivates, and facilitates learning of varied skills in her team mates through training, coaching, and mentoring. She is in constant communion with her team mates through her official and informal networks and keeps changing her leadership style based on what she learns through her network to capitalize on her team mates’ energies to achieve organizational objectives. She often sets and monitors targets of her team mates by consulting them and employing MBO/management by objectives to ensure their maximum participation.  She transforms her team mates and motivates them so that they may perform optimally and work in synergy to get the finest outcomes. If any conflict occurs, she resolves it wisely and peacefully. Thus, in nutshell she takes care of the work design, team composition, team processes, and team context for her team and build her team with her signature leadership style.
